What if the item I’ve purchased doesn’t fit?

Email us as soon as you can. Please keep all the tags attached, send it back to us as soon as possible with proof of purchase and a note stating which size you would like instead. We are not able to accept returns on sale items.

The item I bought is faulty.

If the item is faulty we can either offer you a refund or replace the item with the same product. Please email us as soon as you can.
