Where do you post?
We post all over Australia. Flat rate shipping for within Australia is $10 for Standard shipping and $15 for Express shipping.
What if the item I’ve purchased doesn’t fit?
Email or call us as soon as you can. Please keep all the tags and packaging attached to your item, send it back to us and we can offer an exchange or store credit note for future purchases.
The item I bought is faulty.
If the item is faulty we can either offer you a refund or exchange the item over with a replacement product. Please email or call us as soon as you can and we will outline our faulty items return procedure.
