Our Refund / Exchange Policy

 We are happy to provide you with an exchange or credit note* if you change your mind about your purchase from us within two weeks, providing the item has not been worn or used (*No exchange on sale items, underwear, earrings, skincare, cosmetics, tea or special orders).

  •  All labels and tags must be attached to the garment or item and packaging must be intact.
  • Special orders are excluded from our Exchange / Refund Policy unless faulty.
  •  If your item is faulty in any way, we and our supplier would like you to let us know ASAP from the purchase date. Please provide proof of purchase and after consultation with our supplier, we will then replace it with the same or equivalent item, issue you a credit note or give you a full refund on your purchase price.

What if the item I’ve purchased doesn’t fit?

Email us as soon as you can.  We’ll send you an exchange form to fill out. Please keep all the tags attached, send it back to us and fill out the form stating which size you would like instead. We are not able to accept returns on sale items.

The item I bought is faulty.

If the item is faulty we can either offer you a refund or exchange the item over with a replacement product.  Please email us as soon as you can and we will send you an faulty product form to fill out.
